Established in 1981 by Lance Callahan, Fence Depot is a fence company that serves Central Florida by selling wholesale directly to the customer.
You do not pay sales commission to a salesman nor do you pay a subcontactor for the installation.
With Fence Depot you deal directly with the owner / installer of the company.
The idea of Fence Depot came about as Lance was installing fences for other companies as a sub-contractor and observed how he thought the customer was being treated unfairly and found it hard to get warranty work done by big fancy fence companies when the customer ended up paying for:
1. The material
2. Sales commission for the salesman
3. The subcontractor who installed the fence
4. The companys overhead.
All this ends up to alot more than when Lance does the sale and he installs the fence, and on top of that there are no strange people coming to your property to install the fence, you know Lance after the sale.
You only pay for the material, at wholesale cost and then for Lance's install price per foot. Simple and easy!
We are able to keep the cost down to you by not having a big warehouse or office space.
We install all kind of fences;
PVC, aluminum, chainlink, rail-/farmfences and wood.
We also do pool fences, in-ground pet fences and have a welder
who customizes fences and gates to your specifics.
We also customize our gates, so you can have any size gate
you want as well as we can make a gate rack with the ground.
We live in Central Florida and serve Polk, Sumter, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Lake and Marion County.
We also install mailboxes,
shrubbery and palm trees.
